Role Overview:


As the Data Analyst Manager, you will be at the forefront of leading a talented team of three data analysts. Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of three data analysts.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Oversee the design and execution of data analysis projects, ensuring high-quality and timely results.
  • Drive improvements in data processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Communicate complex data findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

  • Proven experience in data analysis, with a track record of managing or leading teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience in a fast-paced tech environment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel).
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
