Role Purpose

The Analyst, Security is responsible for managing and analyzing security operations, supporting security projects, and tracking security KPIs across the region. This role involves monitoring security technologies (e.g., CCTV, access control systems), managing ID badge processes, and providing technical support to field teams. The Analyst will also support security meetings, calls, and annual conferences, while maintaining compliance with security standards.


Key Responsibilities

Security Management and Compliance

  • Develop and manage employee screening processes and other security protocols.
  • Update Heat Map Checklist; communicate findings and action items to the field.
  • Oversee quality management systems (CAQS) by reviewing, approving, and closing incidents; follow up with CSCs (Customer Service Centers) for additional details.
  • Track and monitor scheduled mock audits, action plans, and compliance deadlines.


Access Control and Badging

  • Create and manage OnGuard user profiles; develop and deliver training programs for field teams.
  • Design and update badge templates; ensure deactivation of badges upon employee separation and conduct regular badge audits.
  • Maintain compliance by creating vendor dropdowns, requesting approval letters, and uploading documents to the security database.


Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Document best practices and new security standards; incorporate these into conference sessions and training materials.
  • Analyze security audit results, incidents, and trends to identify focus areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual security reports, including KPIs, incidents, and audit outcomes.


Technical Support and Training

  • Provide technical support for security equipment, including CCTV and access systems.
  • Conduct surveillance investigations and secure footage for internal and external agencies.
  • Develop and deploy training materials for security procedures; ensure compliance through follow-ups with field teams.
  • Organize annual security conference


Project and Budget Management

  • Manage security technology maintenance, including warranty work and vendor invoicing.
  • Administer all aspects of security systems and participate in security-related conference calls.
  • Track and report on security expenses, assisting in budget preparation for upper management.


Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in managing and programming security-related equipment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and training skills; ability to interact effectively with field teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and security management software.
