About this position:

Sales Gravy is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Trainer to join the Sales Gravy training and sales team. In this role, you'll sell & deliver a wide range of products including training, coaching, and consulting services. Training topics are based on the works of Sales Gravy’s founder & CEO, Jeb Blount, including prospecting, selling skills, time management, handling objections, and many more.


The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-sufficient, motivated, and capable of building meaningful client relationships, closing deals, and providing a legendary training experience.

Our studios are based in Augusta, GA. Occasional travel to this area is required.


In this position, you will:

  • Deliver dynamic and engaging training and coaching to customer-facing professionals and their leaders in virtual and in-person modalities
  • Expand relationships and increase sales within existing accounts by selling additional training and services
  • Generate new business opportunities from both inbound and outbound leads
  • Develop and create online course materials within our Learning Management System (LMS) based on each client’s needs
  • Have a professional and engaging social media presence to drive sales and build a brand
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers, deliver a legendary customer experience, and retain your accounts
  • Collaborate and contribute to curriculum design and development
  • Communicate frequently with clients and learners through email, video calls, and phone calls


What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience as a successful sales representative or sales leader
  • Self-discipline to work independently and effectively in an unstructured environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively and confidently via phone, email, and video.
  • Proficient with technology and strong time discipline skills
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and proactively address challenges.
  • A robust work ethic and openness to feedback.
