This role focuses on advanced data analytics, reporting, and administration within Epic’s Cogito suite. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a deep understanding of revenue data models, and excellent customer service skills. They will provide application support for Epic Cogito tools, including managing tickets for medical and dental systems, build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Epic tools such as SlicerDicer and Workbench, and manage ETL processes and ensure accurate data flow from Epic into the Data Warehouse. This is a permanent and remote opportunity.
