**Responsibilities:**


  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, from planning through completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Lead coordination between architects, clients, subcontractors, and building management, securing necessary permits and approvals.
  • Drive project execution by managing subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to standards.
  • Conduct regular on-site visits to monitor progress, uphold quality standards, and proactively address issues.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, schedules, and budgets, while ensuring clear communication across all teams.


**Qualifications:**


  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide project teams.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management tools and software, including proficiency in Asana, MS Office, and construction management platforms.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience in managing complex construction projects, with a deep understanding of industry best practices and NYC Department of Building requirements.
  • Minimum 5+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Experience in working directly with the end-user/client/homeowner in residential construction is preferred.
  • Experience in working on small teams (at companies under $75m annual revenue or below 100 employees) is preferred.
