Your Role:
As a Medical Assistant at our functional medicine practice, you will be the heartbeat of our clinic, ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care. You will support our medical providers in delivering cutting-edge treatments and therapies that align with our mission and vision. Your daily tasks will range from patient care and administrative duties to maintaining the seamless operation of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist medical providers with patient assessments, treatment protocols, and follow-up care.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Administer injections, take vital signs, and record patient information accurately.
• Educate patients on their treatment plans, ensuring they feel confident and informed.
• Manage patient flow and appointment scheduling to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure every patient experience exceeds expectations.
