One of Insight Global's top clients in the Memphis, TN area is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team The primary focus of this role is to provide assistance to customers’ inquiries, product support, process demo requests, place and fulfill orders for product exchanges/loaners, document and generate customer complaints for customers, distributors, and company field sales personnel. Compiles and maintains all records (both paper and electronic) related to the equipment activity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing Customers, Sales and Marketing, Sales Representatives, Distributors, and Service/Repair teams with prompt and courteous responses to all inquiries concerning product support.
  • Maintain up-to-date fulfillment, complaint handling, and processing of exchange/loaner requests (LRF’s).
  • File associated paperwork/folders and save electronic files to proper locations.
  • Answer phones to provide Tech Support or route to Service/Repair Team.
  • Provide backup support regarding processing and receiving of RMA’s and routing to the Service/Repair Team when required.
  • Assist Repair Team and Customer Service to ensure consistent workflow and prioritization to maintain acceptable turnaround time for repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records and inventory for demo and other equipment and update associated Excel logs as required.
  • Hold oneself and others accountable to conduct business in a manner compliant with Bioventus’ Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies and procedures, and internal controls applicable to their role.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Education and Experience (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

  • High school diploma, Associates Degree, or comparable business experience.
  • 1-2 years’ logistics experience, preferably for a medical electronics manufacturing company or other similar company with quality training.
  • Must have excellent computer skills, including data entry, searching, and navigating files on a network. Experience using logistics type software such as NetSuite, SAP, and other shipping and receiving software is preferred.
  • Experience using MS Word, Excel, Outlook is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Detail and results-oriented, proven ability to deliver on commitments.
  • Strong demonstrated organizational skills.
  • Effective communication across multiple departments.
  • Able to manage time effectively.
  • NetSuite and/or SAP experience is a strong plus.
