Duties, including but not limited to:

  • Draft and review various legal documents, including purchase agreements, leases, financing agreements, and easements.
  • Conduct due diligence research, including title searches, environmental assessments, and zoning review.
  • Prepare and manage closing documents and ensure timely execution.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, brokers, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on relevant legal issues.
  • Manage and maintain case files and documents efficiently.
  • Perform other legal tasks as assigned by attorneys.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate law and transaction processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research tools (Westlaw, LexisNexis).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
