About the Role-We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Consulting Manager to join our Financial Services Data & AI practice. In this role, you will partner with leading banking, capital markets, and insurance organizations to design and implement modern data strategies, governance frameworks, and AI-enabled solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, helping them unlock the value of their data, enhance operational efficiency, and responsibly scale AI adoption within highly regulated environments.Required Qualifications-5–10+ years of experience in technology consulting, data strategy, data governance, AI/ML, analytics, or digital transformation, ideally within the Financial Services sector.Prior experience at top consulting firm preferred.Strong expertise in:Data Strategy & Operating Model DesignData Governance & QualityAI/ML Enablement, GenAI, and AutomationCloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Analytics & Data ArchitectureRegulatory Compliance (OCC, FRB, CCAR, BCBS 239, etc.)Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing engagements, communicate with executives, and translate complex technical concepts into business insights.Strong experience managing cross-functional delivery teams.Preferred SkillsExperience with Snowflake, Databricks, Python, SQL, and modern data platforms.Knowledge of data privacy laws, cybersecurity regulations, and risk frameworks.Experience with GenAI use case design, prompt engineering, and responsible AI governance.MBA, MS in Data/AI, or technical certifications (AWS, Azure, CDMP, etc.).
