Job Description: We are searching for an enthusiastic and independent bartender who can bring energy, charm, and adaptability to our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating memorable experiences for patrons and has the drive to help Swell Bar grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bartending & Service: Provide fast, efficient, and friendly service. Adapt from a busy, fast-paced environment to a more personal, intimate vibe when needed.
• Event Support: Help organize and run special events, including private gatherings, and assist in bringing in a sports-loving crowd.
• Promotion & Marketing: Actively promote the bar to build a local following and contribute ideas for community engagement.
• Independent Work: Handle all aspects of bartending independently, including managing service, cleanup, and guest relations.

Pay: $16.72 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
