Senior Financial Planning Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Temporary Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, possess advanced Excel skills, and have extensive experience in budgeting and variance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to management.
- Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior leadership, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data, validate assumptions, and improve forecasting accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic re-forecasts, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or financial planning and analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proven track record in budgeting and variance analysis.
