We are The Center for Fully Functional Health, a state-of-the-art Functional & Integrative Medicine practice and MedSpa in Carmel, Indiana. We believe strongly in our mission to provide hope and healing to our patients, and we are looking for a team member to help sell appointment packages and services to prospective patients, as well as move current patients forward in their journey.
To succeed in this position, strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and a positive attitude are a must. Previous sales experience is required, with preference given to candidates who have sold medical products or services. Expertise with the Mac OS and Google Office Suite are also a plus.
We maintain a complex, thriving practice with a broad range of services and treatment options, and you can expect your days to be full and varied. You can also expect detailed training, clear processes, and cheerful support from an organized leadership team who understands the difference between helpful direction and micromanagement.
The work takes place in our office Monday through Thursday, 36 hours per week, and includes paid time off, free MedSpa services, and a generous benefits package. Compensation is a combination of an hourly wage and sales commissions, with realistic targets that ensure you reach the posted salary range for this position.
Your primary duties would include:
- Understanding the full patient journey, so you are able to communicate and sell effectively to patients across a variety of treatment phases
- Answering calls and following up on digital messages from prospective patients interested in establishing care
- Meeting with current patients in person or online to explain their recommended appointment and service packages
- Documenting all leads in process and following up according to internal SOPs
- Communicating regularly with clinicians, members of the leadership team, and other patient sales team members to ensure timely responses to all patient needs
