Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Architect/Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing architectural projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial architecture and project management, with a focus on delivering high-quality results that meet both client and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to establish project requirements and specifications.
  • Prepare architectural documentation using Revit, including drawings, specifications, and submittals.
  • Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with local building codes and standards.
  • Use Revit & Lumion to create visual presentations and renderings for client meetings.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders on timelines and deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Licensed Architect or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience in project management and commercial architectural projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit and Lumion software applications.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
