NTT Data seeks high-achieving team players who quickly adapt to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for a strong Quality Assurance Leader to work with our global client in Boston, MA, or Orange, CT to improve quality standards and customer satisfaction on a long-term initiative. This role will require a hybrid presence at our client site.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement QA strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead and manage QA teams, including task assignment and professional development.
  • Continuously improve QA processes and standards.
  • Define and monitor key quality metrics and KPIs to drive improvements.
  • Design comprehensive testing strategies and ensure thorough test coverage.
  • Evaluate and maintain test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on quality goals.
  • Identify, prioritize, and mitigate risks throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify and address quality issues.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Proven experience with automated and manual testing.
  • Experience with testing in Agile and DevOps environments.
  • Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
