SR Recruiter

Focus:

  • Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Conduct interviews, coordinate hiring processes, and facilitate negotiations.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience through meticulous follow-up and communication.
  • Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis.


Skill Set:

  • A preferred qualification of a Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least three to four years of experience in full lifecycle recruitment, ideally within the technology sector.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, coupled with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated initiative with a track record of building strong, productive relationships.
  • A high level of discretion for handling confidential information is essential.
  • Experience working collaboratively in a team-focused environment while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills to handle multiple concurrent tasks efficiently.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant job boards.
