Role Description

This is a full-time Office Manager role at KHR Construction & Consulting LLC. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, AP and AR, providing administrative assistance, managing office equipment, and delivering excellent customer service. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work being located in The Woodlands, TX, but with flexibility for some remote work.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in providing administrative assistance and office administration
  • Proficiency with office equipment and technology
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in the construction or consulting industry is mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
