Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Generalist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, with specific experience in a manufacturing environment. As a key member of our HR team, the HR Generalist will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to all levels of staff, from production to executive leadership. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage conflict resolution effectively, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The HR Generalist will also play a critical role in developing and implementing training programs, administering benefits, and providing payroll support.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and support for employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Manage conflict resolution processes in a fair and consistent manner, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, with a focus on safety, compliance, and professional development.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support for payroll processing, including data entry, verification, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to support recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources management, with specific experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage conflict resolution and employee relations issues with professionalism and tact.
  • Experience developing and delivering training programs preferred.
  • Knowledge of benefits administration and payroll processing.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
