Job Description:

As the Summer Sales and Sampling Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting Hedlum Beer Co. through direct sales initiatives and engaging sampling events. Your goal will be to increase brand visibility, enter new markets, and build a lasting connection with our customers. This role requires a high-energy individual who is enthusiastic about craft beer and skilled in sales and event management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales visits to potential new accounts to introduce our products and secure placement.
  • Organize and lead sampling events at various locations including retail stores, bars, festivals, and other public venues.
  • Engage with customers and provide education on Hedlum Beer Co.’s product lines and brewing processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create compelling content for social media platforms, enhancing our online presence and follower engagement.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market feedback to the marketing team.
  • Manage inventory and promotional materials to ensure all sampling events are well-equipped.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and venue managers.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hospitality, or related industries.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
  • Strong organizational and event management skills.
  • Must be social media savvy, able to generate engaging content and manage social media channels effectively.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age due to industry regulations.
  • Passion for craft beer or NA beer and knowledge of the industry is highly preferred.
