This position is focused on data clean up efforts to support the businesses transition to a new Manufacturing ERP. Technical support for the updates and an understanding of how the systems relay information is involved in understanding the updates that are needed. Position involves data clean up in ERP Material Master attributes and correction and maintenance of attributes and other information. May review systems requirements and business processes, codes, tests, debugs and implements software solutions. Requires operating computers to input data into fields and databases and extensive use of Microsoft excel. May undertake more complex tasks when necessary. This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgment in applying expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. Job requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline. The job requires the ability to make judgements based on practice and previous experience.


As a Data Support Analyst you will interact with cross functional teams that collaborate on development, review and release of products and make decisions based on quality system regulations and requirements. As a member of this team, you will, under minimal supervision, interact and collaborate with different groups impacted by Material Master data. Under the specific direction of a senior analyst, supervisor or manager; create, update, and maintain product master data systems to support regulatory registration, attribute updates and approval and order to cash process. This will also entail administering Device Master Record (DMR), Change Orders and quality records in accordance with corporate documentation procedures and FDA Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree is required


PREFERRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Systems, or Information Management is preferred

• 1-2 years of related experience in a business environment

• Computer training including use of the internet

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

• Experience implementing business and IT processes to support Master Data

• Lean process development

• Proficient task management including prioritization skills

• Self-motivated, organized, efficient and process oriented

• Team player

• Strong work ethic

• Works well under pressure in a dynamic environment

• Tactful, exercises independent judgment and discretion

• Professional presentation and strong interpersonal communications skills

• Must show strong judgment and time management skills

• Ability to independently write, review, and implement work instruction content in support new systems and processes


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute small process and technology projects to add/correct/update/maintain required attributes for production, regulatory (UDI, ACE, PMA, MDD etc), and to product master data tables to support Order to Cash process

• Update material master attributes across the systems manually or through an IT production data request

• Analyze data for accuracy once corrected in the systems

• May run test protocols for IT projects related to product master data

• May update procedures related to Material Master or other support documentation

• Provides day-to-day technical support to employees for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems software and hardware

• Installs, configures and troubleshoots desktop systems, workstations, servers and network issues in a heterogeneous environment

• Maintains passwords, data integrity and file system security for the desktop environment

• Communicates highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel

• Recommends hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades

• May participate in development of information technology and infrastructure projects

• May conduct training programs designed to educate an organization’s computer users about basic and specialized applications
