Built on precision, accountability, and craftsmanship, the company partners with public and private clients to execute complex projects with consistency and integrity.About the RoleThe Vice President of Operations will oversee all field operations, drive operational excellence, and ensure accountability across multiple project teams and field supervisors. This role requires a decisive, disciplined leader with a strong understanding of construction and field service environments who can scale people, systems, and performance.ResponsibilitiesLead and develop field supervisors, ensuring accountability, productivity, and quality across all active projects.Oversee daily operations and project execution to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.Drive safety, compliance, and operational standards across all field activities.Partner with senior leadership on growth strategy, workforce planning, and margin improvement.Build and refine operational systems, reporting, and performance metrics to strengthen communication between the field and the executive team.Identify and remove barriers to performance—translating strategic priorities into daily execution. QualificationsProven success leading field teams and holding supervisors accountable to results.Strong command of project management, scheduling, safety, and cost control practices.Hands-on, team-first leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
