Irrigation Technician

Full Job Description:

Landscape Management Company, is seeking a qualified Irrigator Tech for our San Diego office.

Duties to include:

• Activate & deactivate irrigation systems according to schedules.
• Perform the operation, installation, maintenance and repair of irrigation systems.
• Irrigation repairs and troubleshooting any irrigation issues that may arise.
• Weekly and/or monthly property walk throughs, verifying installation of systems and ensure they are functioning properly.
• Repair and maintain valves, installation of clocks & timers, tracing of electrical components, locating zones & valves and performing pump repairs.
• Perform property irrigation inspections (wet checks).
• Maintain daily reports
• Keep company vehicle clean at all times
• Maintain proper inventory of supplies

Requirements:

• Irrigator License (Preferred not required).
• Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record for the past 5 years.
• Have the ability to work unsupervised.

Experience:

Irrigation: 3-5 years or more of experience (Preferred)

• Driver’s License (Required)
• High School or equivalent (Preferred)
• Landscape: 2 years (Preferred)

Bilingual is a plus (Spanish/English)

Valid Driver’s license preferred
