About the Role:

The Photographer position is going to play a pivotal role in our video production Department. You will be responsible for capturing photographs of our daily meetings, our events, and daily content to be posted across all our companies social media channels, such as instagram, facebook, Youtube, and company websites as well as our internal communications channels, and client programs.

Responsibilities:

• Attend National and International events and take high quality photos to be posted across social media platforms, company’s website, internal communications channels and client programs.
• Edits and assembles final visual program material; ensures consistency and relevance to production; monitors technical quality of end product.
• Edit photos using adobe suite, and other relevant platforms.
• Work with the rest of the video, and marketing departments in order to strategize on content creation and delivery of projects.
• Come up with engaging and on brand company concepts to be delivered across all social media platforms and company platforms.
• Tests all equipment to determine technical quality of camera and lighting apparatus prior to operation in the field.
• Oversees the security, operation and maintenance of equipment utilized in shooting and editing.
• Conducts ad-hoc video tasks when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Radio/TV, Film, Fine Arts or related area, preferable.
• 5+ years of experience in working in a creative environment.
• Knowledge of television broadcasting rules and regulations, a plus.
• Knowledge of field production techniques and standards.
• Has experience in working with high profile personalities.
• Has a proven top tier photography portfolio.
• Great communication skills, driven, with a great sense of responsibility.
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally, work on weekends and evenings when necessary to cover events.
• Worked prior with high profile personalities, a plus.
• Skilled in working with video, sound when necessary as well as posting on social media platforms.
• Demonstrates exceptional quality of work.
• Skilled in using creative softwares such as Adobe Lightroom, and project management softwares like monday.com.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.

This is full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, with additional hours/times as needed in Aventura, FL.
