  • 5-10+ years of experience

  • Serve as the centralized point of contact for coordination across all program workstreams
  • Ensure close monitoring and reporting on program activities
  • Coordinate, present, and consolidate program plans to facilitate clear communication and progress tracking
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of project management principles and apply them to manage project plans effectively
  • Ensure that the project adheres to risk, governance, and control standards, particularly in regulatory remediation
  • Proven experience in Program or Project Management within the financial services sector
  • Proficiency in MS Project and other project management tools
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
  • Familiarity with risk management and governance practices in a regulatory environment
  • Ability to oversee project compliance with risk and control requirements as a hard requirement
