Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility for the day-to-day clinical operations.
- Lead by example by managing a caseload and crafting personalized care plans for each patient.
- Engage in marketing efforts aimed at local referral sources and the community to foster business growth.
- Employ patient-centered metrics to ensure both customer satisfaction and clinical efficiency.
- Oversee scheduling and payroll functions.
- Provide training for new staff members to familiarize them with their roles and responsibilities.
- Identify opportunities for staff development to facilitate the enhancement of their clinical skills.
- Ensure strict compliance with all federal, state, and insurance-based regulations and guidelines.
Position Requirements:
- 2+ years of Physical Therapy experience in an outpatient setting
- Management experience is a plus
- GA PT License
- Passion for treating patients
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team
