Feel free to share this opportunity with colleagues who may be a strong fitWhat You’ll Do• Teach courses within the Medical Assisting and Allied Health programs (didactic, lab, and clinical as credentialing allows).• Lead and support the MA program, helping maintain instructional quality, compliance, and accreditation standards.• Assist with recruiting, mentoring, and supporting adjunct faculty as programs expand.• Coordinate clinical and practicum placements, ensuring positive student experiences and strong employer partnerships.• Participate in curriculum development, assessment, program improvement initiatives, and long-term strategic planning.• Grow into a leadership role overseeing allied health adjunct staff and contributing to expansion of additional health programs.What We’re Looking For• Current Medical Assisting credential (CMA, RMA, CCMA, NCMA, or equivalent).• Minimum of an associate degree; bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.• Three years of Medical Assisting experience (clinical, administrative, or blended).• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and shaping future healthcare professionals.• Leadership potential with interest in advancing to a Program Director role.• Willingness to begin Part-Time with the opportunity to transition to Full-Time as programs expand.Why This Is a Great Opportunity• Develop real-world leadership experience within higher education early in your career.• Join a rapidly growing academic division with expanding nursing and allied health programs.• Opportunity to pursue select advanced degrees tuition-free (if eligible).• Make a lasting impact on program growth, faculty development, and student success.• Become a foundational leader during a key expansion period at the college.Minimum Requirements• Current Medical Assisting license/credential• 3 years of Medical Assisting experience• Associate degree (or higher)Work EnvironmentOffice, classroom/lab, and clinical settings.
