Job Duties:

• Prepare estimates for both "plan and spec" and "design-build" projects.
• Utilize software tools for vendor communication, onscreen take-offs, pricing, and purchase orders.
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare estimates based on leads from various departments.
• Professionally organize and present detailed project information to team members during project turnover to the construction team.
• Negotiate mechanical construction and installation contracts within the commercial market.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Five years of estimating experience.
• Experience working with engineers and construction managers in the local market.
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
• Proficiency with sheetmetal estimating specifically
• Strong organizational skills and professional communication abilities.
