Job Description:

  • Oversee daily plant operations, including production planning, resource allocation, and workflow coordination.
  • Ensure production schedules are met and products are manufactured on time and within budget.
  • Optimize production processes for maximum efficiency, ensuring the effective use of labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Track and analyze production metrics (KPIs) such as output, quality, and downtime, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Ensure that all fabricated products meet established quality standards and specifications.
  • Work closely with the Quality Control department to implement corrective actions for any non-conformance issues.
  • Manage the plant’s operational budget, focusing on cost reduction while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop plant staff, providing training and support to improve skills and performance.
  • Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, implementing best practices for risk management.


What you’ll need:

  • 5+ years in structural steel
  • Understand the steel fabrication process & know how to push material out
