Pay package of $2,699/40 hr week



IP Pharmacist

Must have a PharmD degree

Licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of North Carolina

Schedule to include days of the week and times - Weekdays, Monday – Friday, 8:00a-4:30p

Prior experience with pharmacist to dose protocols would be preferred. At least one (1) year of experience.

Provide great customer service to other healthcare teammates over the phone or in person.

Verify medication orders, review orders checking for patient allergies, drug interactions, drug disease state interactions, and check orders for appropriate therapy.

Verify home meds against a medication reconciliation report, utilize pharmacist to dose consults, consult with the physicians, residents, and other members of the healthcare team when appropriate.

Check IV admixtures, ensuring accuracy of final product, and also ensuring patient safety by ensuring IV admixtures were prepared in accordance with USP 797/800 guidelines.
