As a Child Care Lead Educator, you will:
- Be a classroom lead teacher and age group expert. Mentor a teaching team by providing support and feedback on weekly curriculum plans, child assessment and documentation, and classroom environments
- Communicate daily with parents. Document and share the important milestones in their child’s day
- Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:
- Associate degree or higher in early childhood education or related field highly preferred; CDA required with educational plan to complete Associate or Bachelor’s degree
- At least three years of teaching experience in a high-quality program required
- Experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center preferred

Compensation Range: $27.00 to -$31.00 / per hour
