Position Overview:

Are you looking for a sales job where almost every lead is warm or hot? TN Homebuyers has an open Inside Sales Representative position that can provide that The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for following up on leads after the acquisition appointment. You will be making offers on residential properties, and following up with prospective sellers to get them under contract. This role will require excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong negotiation skills. You must also have strong organizational abilities to manage multiple overlapping tasks and responsibilities.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Making offers on properties using comparable data and tailored to the customer's situation.
  • Follow up on high-priority leads to ensure a timely close for all customers
  • Speak with homeowners to address concerns and create solutions that resolve any possible issues
  • Respond promptly and professionally to seller emails, calls, and texts
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to maximize lead potential
  • Monitor seller motivation and adjust follow-up strategy accordingly
  • Drive clear next steps to move deals to close efficiently
  • Attend weekly in-person team meetings and strategy sessions

Ideal candidate experience and skill-sets:

  • 3 years of Inside Sales experience
  • Excellent negotiator
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and responsibilities
  • Must have above-average computer knowledge (CRM, Google Suite)
  • Effectively communicate with both customer and sales team
