Your Role:

  • Investigative Analysis: Conduct field investigations to assess structural damage, defects, or failures in various types of buildings and infrastructure.
  • Root Cause Expertise: Identify causes, quantify damages, and determine the repair feasibility of structural or construction-related issues.
  • Expert Documentation: Deliver clear, concise reports and expert opinions; testify when necessary in legal or insurance cases.
  • Project Oversight: Manage multiple assignments efficiently, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery.
  • Client Collaboration: Build trust and lasting relationships by providing expert insights and consistent support.


What You Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license (or ability to obtain one in a short time).
  • 2–10+ years of experience in design, construction, or forensic engineering.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with engineering tools and general office software.
