Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Chiropractic Assistant at WEISS CHIROPRACTIC. The Chiropractic Assistant will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service to our patients. The Chiropractic Assistant will also assist the chiropractor in various day-to-day tasks, ensuring smooth operations of the clinic.


Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills, Customer Service, and Phone Etiquette
  • Experience in appointment scheduling and receptionist duties
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and tackle challenging situations in a professional manner
  • Knowledge of chiropractic practices and terminology is a plus, as well as experience with E-Thomas and Z-Health software/platform
  • High school diploma or equivalent
