Role Responsibilities
- Conduct complex financial analyses across various operating units, strategic projects, process improvements, and company-wide initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Create customized deliverables for leadership, clearly articulating results and actionable recommendations.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance monthly monitoring systems for key business metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement by leveraging data for business case development and scenario analysis.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and internal benchmarks across the organization.
- Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3+ years in financial/strategic planning and financial statement analysis.
- Proven expertise in analyzing large datasets for corporate strategy projects.
- Prior experience with business intelligence systems and data warehouses.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and ad hoc analysis.
- Strong understanding of technology applications related to financial data.
- Core Competencies:
- Resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly data-driven.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Financial acumen and a broad understanding of business processes (e.g., sales, marketing, accounting, supply chain, customer service).
