We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead SAP BW/Data sphere Consultant for direct client in pharmaceutical industry in NJ.
Position Overview: The Lead SAP BW Datasphere will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain processes through advanced data management and analytics. This position requires a deep understanding of SAP Business Warehouse (BW). The successful candidate will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of data solutions that enhance efficiency, visibility, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management & Integration:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of SAP BW and Data sphere solutions is required
- Ensure seamless integration of data across various SAP modules and external data sources.
- Oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
- Utilize SAP Datasphere to centralize and harmonize data from disparate sources, enabling a unified view of supply chain operations.
- Implement best practices for data governance and security.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in leading the design, development, and maintenance of SAP BW solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of data across various SAP modules and external data sources.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all SAP BW Datasphere-related matters.
- Work closely with supply chain, finance, and operations teams to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.
- Implement best practices for data governance and security.
- Lead data-related projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully leading data projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
