Spina O'Rourke + Partners, a renowned architectural

and interior design firm operating in West Palm Beach, Florida for over forty

years, is seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our

team. As an integral part of our creative team, you will have the opportunity

to plan, design, and coordinate the creation and renovation of inspiring

spaces.


To be considered for this position, you will be required to meet the following minimum requirements:

·        A Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design

·        Locally based in South Florida, with a willingness to travel to West Palm Beach

·        At least 5 years of experience working in the Interior Design industry, with a

strong focus on commercial projects

·        Familiarity with typical architectural practices, processes, and systems

·        Experience in preparing and researching materials, finishes, lighting, and furnishings

·        Estimating costs and creating proposals

·        Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, and Revit

·        Ability to communicate design intent through presentations to clients

·        Strong commercial experience in corporate interiors, restaurants, hospitality, club,

multi-story residential, mixed-use, and automotive projects

·        Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

 

Additionally, possessing the following experience and credentials will make you an ideal candidate:

·        Licensed Interior Designer

·        Experience working directly with Architects and clients to achieve desired goals

·        Strong presentation skills

·        Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment

·        Ability to prioritize tasks on a daily and hourly basis

·        Passionate

·        Solution-based Mindset

·        Tactfully resolve opportunities with an appropriate sense of urgency
