This position works with a multidisciplinary team to assess, intervene, and support individuals experiencing acute psychological distress. Primary responsibilities include conducting rapid assessments, crisis intervention, short-term counseling, safety planning, and facilitating appropriate referrals for ongoing care. This position works within a team environment with weekends/ nights as needed to staff a 24/7 center.
