Description: **Responsibilities**

• Offer strategic financial guidance and assistance to General Managers and Sales teams to drive business direction and meet financial goals.
• Supervise and mentor a strong team consisting of five Regional Controllers and one FP&A Manager, promoting growth and excellence.
• Engage in advanced financial planning and analysis to ensure optimal performance and profitability in all divisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain coordination and responsiveness through effective financial strategies.
• Manage and enhance financial processes to ensure compliance with industry standards in Aerospace, Medical, and Automobile sectors across global facilities.
• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes to actively drive business outcomes beyond traditional roles.
• Develop strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to enhance business prospects.

**Qualifications**

• Demonstrated experience as a Finance Leader with significant expertise in accounting and financial planning & analysis.
• Ability to operate strategically at a macro level while also engaging in detailed, hands-on financial management.
• Extensive global experience, particularly in Asia, Canada, Mexico, and Europe, is essential.
• Strong leadership skills with a background in managing diverse teams across various geographic locations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships.
