  1. 6-8 years of Performance testing experience in Oracle EBS or any EBS systems. tests against Web applications, web services, and SQL Server.
  2. Mandatory experience in any R12 upgrade project at least 1 project.
  3. Extensive experience with HP testing tools ( Load Runner, Quicktest professional, Winrunner, and Performance Center)to design and execute load and performance tests against Web applications, web services,
  4. and SQL Server.
  5. Write and prepare technical performance test plans
  6. Develop data driven test automation scripts and execute performance and load testing.
  7. Design and execute daily load BVTs as well as larger, system-level tests.
  8. Prepare data for execution.
  9. Analyze data gathered from performance tests
  10. Report findings and log defects
  11. Define Performance Testing Objectives and Scope
  12. Design a Performance Test Plan and Strategy
  13. Develop Performance Test Scripts and Scenarios
  14. Configure and Manage the Performance Test Environment
  15. Assessing the Service Level Agreement and Objectives
  16. Identifying Testing Parameters
  17. Prepare and Load Test Data
  18. Execute Performance Tests
  19. Applying Consistent Monitoring Metrics
  20. Analyze Performance Test Results
  21. Generate and present performance Test Reports
  22. Identify Non-Functional Requirements for Performance Testing
  23. Collaborate and Communicate with Other Team Members in Performance Testing
  24. Review and Update Performance Testing Artifacts for Accuracy and Completeness
  25. Working knowledge of testing methodologies (agile, waterfall, etc.).
  26. Experience with test management tools, such as JIRA, Quality Center, or TestRail.
