Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant for a company located in North Houston. This is a full time in office role (no remote or hybrid available) This temp-to-hire role requires a dynamic individual fluent in both Spanish and English, possessing strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with documentation and ensure accurate processing and filing of records.
  • Conduct verifications and maintain data integrity in all administrative tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members in both Spanish and English.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Manage and organize office supplies, ensuring availability and accessibility.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, ensuring all logistics are in place.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of office experience required.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in the office, Monday through Friday.

Work Hours:

Full-time, Monday through Friday, and rotating Saturdays

Pay Rate:
