Looking for a honest, self motivated, multi faceted attention to detail fitter/welder for the fabrication and  assembly of the Blockshear masonry and stone splitting equipment.

Looking for a person prides themselves on their ability to consistently show up and  prefers the old school way of communicating by phone rather than text messaging. 

 Job Requirements 

  • MIG welding / carbon steel
  • Attention to detail for precise fitting and welding of machine
  • Assembly and fabrication
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance of all Shop Equipment
  • Maintain a clean organized work environment making 5S a part of daily work routines.
  • Mindfulness Time management to complete daily tasks and weekly productions goals without breaking a sweat.
  • Assist in keeping track Inventory materials and part and communicate replenishment needs prior to running out.    
  • Ensuring product quality, checking for any defects, nonconformities, and testing product functionality.
  • Willingness to perform non welding related tasks which may include general property maintenance, general carpentry skilled tasks, snow removal, etc..    

You will build a product that is Made in the USA and direct ships nationally and internationally.
