Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional technical support for computer systems, hardware, and software across retail locations.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose connectivity issues, including POS devices, Pin Pads, and credit card processing systems.
  • Implement and configure hardware and software, including PC and peripheral setups, printers, and networking equipment.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of processes and knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with IT associates and business partners to optimize IT services.
  • Assist with the implementation of new retail technology and coordinate technology refreshes at remote locations.
  • Participate in IP and Domain conversions and special projects as needed.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and communication to end users and colleagues.


Must-Have Qualifications:

  • EXCELLENT INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in PC support and networking system support.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, MS Office Suite, printers, and basic networking (routers, switches, wiring).
  • Experience with Pin Pad, credit card processing systems, and/or POS devices.


Key Considerations:

  • Strong troubleshooting skills specific to networking and connectivity issues.
  • Ability to diagnose and work towards solutions, even if not directly resolving the issue.
  • Experience with configuring network equipment, such as switches and routers, and troubleshooting network issues.
  • Understanding of configuring and troubleshooting printers with IP or DHCP.
