Psychotherapist

Once employed, we will fully support and train you in the Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) model and support you as you learn it to fidelity.

The Women's Center for DBT is a specialized outpatient psychotherapy practice in Woburn Massachusetts. We are looking for a full-time 35 hours a week licensed psychotherapist to join our practice. We offer treatment that is guided by the Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) model. Prospective hires must be willing to work within this model and will receive DBT training to do so.

Preference will be given to those fully licensed to independently practice in the state of Massachusetts. Prelicenced individuals are welcome to apply.
