Maintenance Supervisor

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for a 500+ unit, B+ class, market-rate, owner-managed, garden-style apartment community located in the St. Petersburg area. This position will supervise a staff of 6: 4 Maintenance Technicians and 2 Groundskeepers. The position is required to take call one out of every 5 weeks (split with 4 techs).To be qualified, you must have these things: At least 10 years of apartment maintenance experienceAt least 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor for apartmentsLarge property experience (ideally at least 400 units or more)STRONG organizational skillsHVAC Certification Type II or UniversalQualified candidates must have good communication skills, strong ability to organize and plan for work orders, apartment turns and vendor management. This is an hourly position which will pay a base salary between $80K and $85K (possibly a bit more for the right individual). The position also offers up to $14,000/year in bonus (which is paid monthly). The position does qualify for overtime.
