Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Janitorial Supervisor at CNH Industrial located in Benson, MN. As a Janitorial Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the cleaning operations, managing a team of janitorial staff, and ensuring that high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in the facility. You will also be responsible for training and guiding the team, managing schedules , and ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations. You will also be responsible for carrying out cleaning tasks daily and ordering/inventory control weekly.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Supervisory experience preferred but not required
- Excellent knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and materials
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide clear instructions
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Knowledge of safety and health regulations
- Physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks as needed
