Exciting Opportunity: Quality Control Manager Needed

Our client, a multi-site precast concrete manufacturer, is actively seeking a Quality Control Manager to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and uphold quality control objectives

· Oversee inspection activities throughout the production cycle

· Manage QC Techs involved in inspection and testing to maintain continuous control over

materials, facilities, and products

· Communicate quality control principles to key personnel

· Implement total quality management tools and methodologies for analytical and reporting

processes

· Collaborate with vendors to ensure the quality of purchased parts

· Contribute actively to quality management teams

· Design and implement quality control training programs for key personnel, in coordination with

managers

· Develop, implement, and analyze concrete mix designs to meet specifications

· Address and resolve customer complaints regarding quality

· Manage environmental testing functions

· Coordinate objectives with production procedures to enhance product reliability and minimize

costs


Qualifications:

Applicant must possess the following:

· Current ACI/MCA level 2 certifications

· ACI concrete strength level 1 technician

· PCI certified level 1 technician

· Ability to train & study for PSI Level 2 certification

· The ability to follow safety rules and regulations

· A strong sense of teamwork and high level of energy

· A strong desire to succeed and advance within the organization
