Entrusted Advisors is seeking a talented litigation paralegal to join our talent bench to support our client a corporate IP Litigation Group.


The role is a full-time, three (3) month contract engagement, must be available to be on-site 2-3 days a week* (* full remote consideration given to stellar candidates). The ideal candidate must have prior litigation experience. The candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters and should feel comfortable conducting research, doing data entry, scheduling, organizing and maintaining case files, calendaring deadlines, tracking case progress, and completing other litigation and clerical requests ad-hoc requests, as needed.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Legal research
  • Assist senior paralegals and attorneys with case management
  • Organize and electronically file pleadings
  • Coordinate and schedule calendars


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years' as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal, supporting Intellectual Property group preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure and juggle multiple projects/multitask.
