A pharmaceutical client is looking to bring on a PMO Admin for their Global PMO Supply Chain organization for an end-to-end transformation of their ERP system. Candidates will manage the tactical onboarding and offboarding process of resources within different tools, administer access to project management tools, ensuring proper user permissions and software licenses, support tool training and resolution of technical issues. They will support PMO content library databases (SharePoint, Confluence, etc), purchase orders request process and reporting, vendor coordination, and overall process tracking.
