Job Overview: We have a new opportunity for an entry-level recruiter to serve as a trusted partner for Hudson RPO Americas. This role is a gateway for someone who wants to get into Talent Acquisition or Recruitment for a long-term career. We will teach you how to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process.


You will learn:

  • How to Identify and Source talent through niche and highly technical sourcing processes and platforms
  • Personal branding and how to create an engaging public profile to develop yourself as a thought leader and Subject Matter Expert
  • How to engage talent and effectively Headhunt while providing a best-in-class candidate experience
  • How to interview / screen applications and potential candidates
  • How to work with Hiring Managers to provide a consultative and supportive recruitment partnership
  • How the RPO industry works and how sourcers and recruiters fit within the corporate ecosystem


You’ll be someone who can bring:

  • Evidence of a strong customer-service attitude
  • Desire to be a problem solver, relish in a challenge and thrive on constant learning
  • Sense of Technical Aptitude for engaging with various recruitment and sourcing technology
  • Ability to work inside our Tampa, FL office 3x per week
