Sales Executive at Talking Rock Ranch, Prescott, Arizona

As a Sales Executive you will play a significant role in promoting and selling developer properties within the esteemed Talking Rock Ranch community. Your responsibilities will include engaging with sales prospects, following up and communicating with leads, providing community and club tours, contributing to annual community sales goals, and sharing with prospects the lifestyle of the private club.


The Day to Day

  • Lead prospects through the sales experience with a hospitality mindset
  • Articulate the amenity rich lifestyle offered within the gates of Talking Rock Ranch
  • Understand all real estate offerings, club membership, and HOA policies
  • Actively participate in sales events and club activities
  • Engage in weekly strategic sales and marketing conversations
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets on a consistent basis
  • Uphold highest level of integrity in all interactions and transactions
  • Provide regular updates to Symmetry Companies management
  • Respond promptly to communications from prospects, colleagues, and management
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in contract preparation
  • Foster positive relationships with broader real estate agent community


What It Takes

  • Real estate sales or luxury property marketing experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
  • Warm and inviting personality with strong communication skills
  • Commitment to keeping an organized sales database
  • Strong team mindset to achieve collective sales goals
  • Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
  • An active Arizona Real Estate license
