General Job Description

               Kugler Company is looking for a self-starting individual to help promote/sell products and their features to our market. This position will study the company’s products, locate key features that will attract customers and create marketing campaigns for products. It is key that this position helps lead the marketing team, works with advertising representatives, conducts market research, devises and executes a marketing strategy, ensures a stable product launch, and understands our customers’ needs.


Duties and Responsibilities

·        Determine the type of advertising and marketing content, such as TV, radio, print digital or social media, that needs to be created and distributed.

·        Outline a product timeline and oversee the project’s successful execution.

·        Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.

·        Conduct thorough research on competitors’ products and marketing strategies.

·        Perform market research to understand what consumers look for in their ideal product.

·        Educate customers and vendors on the products’ features.

·        Monitor the sales and revenue these products bring in.


Qualifications for the Job

·        Bachelor’s degree in marketing, agriculture, or business administration is preferred.

·        Multiple years of sales experience.

·        Product marketing history in the agriculture industry preferred.

·        Decision-making skills

·        Organizational skills
